Amazing customer service. What a unique experience. We expected to walk into a loud and chaotic nyc jewelry shop, and what we recieved was a personal high end experience. Phil is not your typical Jeweler. I purchased an engagement ring from Phil which was an amazing experience. I sent pictures to him in advance and he not only came through with the perfect band, but also brought roughly 20 oval shaped diamonds ranging from 1Ct-3Ct. He would show about 4 diamonds at a time and let me eye each one of them up to narrow down the final 3 i liked based off my own perception of what looked great. Come to know each diamond was very similar in size and between a D and F in color. Special moments warrant special attention and you get every bit of it with Phil! – Michael
